Access Control Point (ACP)
This IDIQ contract is to provide architect-engineer services for the Access Control Points (ACP) Program at Army installations throughout the United States. Support includes planning, project development, design and construction-phase services to provide and install physical and electronic security equipment to improve Army installation gate security.
Specific A-E products and services include planning and programming, infrastructure assessments, site investigations, surveying, engineering analyses, security engineering, traffic studies, conceptual designs, parametric estimates, operations and maintenance manuals, project scheduling, tracking and reporting, preparation of Requests for Proposal, construction phase and commissioning services.
