Senior Test Planner/Analyst

Description:

Candidates will provide technical support to the MDA Combined Test Force Test Planning and Design Division (MDA/DTCP) supporting the development of MDA planning documents.

Responsibilities:

Serve as members of the MDA CTF Test Planning and Design Division with responsibility to support ongoing BMDS test planning activities.  Coordinate with MDA System Engineering, the Operational Test Agencies, Joint Analysis Team(s), and BMDS elements to establish test requirements and venues to demonstrate test objectives outlined in the Integrated Master Test Plan (IMTP).   

Assist with the development, staffing, and updating of the DTCP products, such as the IMTP, Campaign Plans, and the Strategic Plan for Testing, internal documents and action items.  Lead the defining the overall test MDA strategy.  Assist in the defining of test objectives, test management, test methodology and test resource requirements (including identification of long-lead items).  Track and record changes of evolving requirements.  Develop and staff planning directives (Milestone Zero memoranda).
 
Candidates will be tasked to use their expertise to respond to issues and inquiries on a rapid response basis.  Completes other duties as assigned.
