Senior Analyst - Program Management Integration

Description: Senior Level Analyst for full time, direct support to the Director, Program Synchronization, Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Joint Program Office (JPO).  Provides GMD JPO leadership awareness of key program developmental issues, integrated analysis, and recommended courses of action through oral, written, and briefing media.   
Tasks include:

• Responsible for GMD JPO-level Program analysis and predictive forecasting; identifying Element interdependencies by leveraging GMD engagement in the BMDS Integration Synchronization Center (ISC). 
• Investigates, analyzes, and reports effects of BMDS-level changes to GMD JPO Senior Leaders and PMs.
• Assist the GMD JPO PMs in the development, maintenance, and application of GMD Integrated Program Baselines.  Focuses on interdependencies within and external to the GMD Program. 
• Provide continuous situational awareness updates to the GMD Program Director, executive leadership team, PMs, and Functional Leads.  
• Leverages application of the Defense Acquisition University PM Tool Kit to empower program leadership to better integrate GMD with BMDS.

Candidate attributes include:

• Bachelors Degree is required. 
• Masters Degree preferred. 

Current security clearance (Secret) required.
